The story of Salisà is one of family, passion, and constant growth. It all began in 1993 in Santa Margherita di Belice, when a project founded on a love of cooking and hospitality took shape.
In the following years, the desire to evolve and get closer to the sea led the family to move to Lido Fiori in Menfi, starting a new chapter: a place where restaurant, bar, and beach club merge into a single experience.
Salisà is today a young and dynamic company, yet with solid roots, built day after day thanks to the contribution of a close-knit team. Each employee is an essential part of this project, sharing values such as attention, quality, and a welcoming spirit.
The guiding principle remains the same: offering guests an authentic experience, featuring authentic flavors, attention to detail, and a family atmosphere. Salisà continues to grow without losing its identity, remaining true to what made it special from the beginning.
